Prayer Intentions

I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me!

Jesus taught us the importance of prayer through His words and His example.  Throughout his life Jesus took the time to go away and be in communion with His Father.  As a parish community we follow the example of Jesus by bringing to God our Father all the needs of our parish family.  This happens each day at Mass , through the prayer of our Parish Staff and each Wednesday at our Parish Prayer Meeting.

If you have a prayer intention that you would like us to remember, please contact the Parish Office at 215-549-3760 or at pastor@saintraymond.net.

You are encouraged to offer your prayers to the Lord by taking a quiet moment and uniting yourself with the Lord:

A MORNING PRAYER:  In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ I will begin this day. I thank you, Lord, for having preserved me during the night. I will do my best to make all I do today pleasing to You and to live as You will. My dear mother Mary, watch over me this day. My Guardian Angel, take care of me. St. Joseph and all you saints of God, pray for me… (add your special prayer need)

AN EVENING PRAYER: My God, at the end of this day I thank You for all the graces I have received from You. I am sorry that I have not made a better use of them. I am sorry for all the sins I have committed against You. Forgive me, O my God, and graciously protect me this night. Blessed Virgin Mary, my dear heavenly mother, take me under your protection. St. Joseph, my dear Guardian Angel, and all you saints of God, pray for me. Sweet Jesus, have pity on all poor sinners, and save them from hell. Have mercy on me and listen to the needs I offer you now with a humble heart (add your special prayer need).
