Mrs. Fran Hagan, RIP

Mrs. Fran Hagan, a long time member of St Raymond and devoted volunteer in every aspect of our parish life, passed away on August 19th.  She leaves to mourn her passing her children Marie Therese, Bill, Mary Pat and Denise.  Her Memorial Mass will be on Wednesday, August 22nd at 11am.  The family will welcome people from 9am to 111am.

Reba Green, RIP

Reba Green, a long time member of our parish family, died on July 26th. She will be missed greatly be her friends and family. Her funeral will be on Thursday, August 2nd with a viewing at 9am and Mass at 10am. May she rest in peace.

Esther Doyle, RIP

Our parish family mourns the passing of Mrs. Esther Doyle who went home to the Lord on June 25, 2012 after a long illness.  Esther was a faithful member of our Church for many years, worshipping with her friends at the 5pm Mass.  After the death of her 3 children and her husband, she continued to sing the praises of the Lord.  Esther served the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for many years in Catholic Social Services where she greeted all with her warm smile.  Her funeral will be on Friday, June 29th at St Raymond.  The family will receive visitors at 9am and the Mass will be a 10am.  Rest in peace Esther!

Bill Bender, RIP

Mr. William Bender, a member of St Raymond for many years, passed away on May 11th.  He leaves his wife Joanna and five children.  Bill was a regular at our 5pm Mass and a retired Phila. Police Officer.  His funeral will be Friday, May 18 at 11am.  Friend may visit with the family starting at 10am.  He will be buried at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  May he rest in peace.

Shirley Picket, RIP

Mrs. Shirley Picket, a long time member of our Church passed to eternal life.  She leaves her husband, her son and many friends to mourn her death.  Her funeral will be at St Raymond on monday, May 14th at 11am (with a viewing starting at 10am).  She will be buried at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield.  May she rest in peace.

Dr. Patreece Thompson MD, RIP

Dr Patreece Thompson, lovingly known to many simply as “Doc”, died on March 15th after a long battle with cancer. Patreece was a member of the Gospel Choir and played for 3rd Sunday Singers for many years. Her funeral will be on Sat., March 24th at 10am at St. Francis Church in Germantown. There will be a Memorial Mass at St. Raymond in the Spring.
