Praised be Jesus – through whom we know the mercy of our Father God!
Have you heard the good news that now, in addition to our saturday 5pm Mass and Sunday 10am Mass, we also have a Sunday 8am Mass? There is music but the Mass only lasts 55 minutes and allows you a wonderful experience of worship earlier in the morning. Consider joining us on those days when you have plans for the later in the day. In addition, please remember that St. Athanasius Church has a Sunday Mass at 6pm (for those days when you realy sleep in…). Whereever you go to Mass, just make sure you get there to WORSHIP the Lord and receive Holy Eucharist each and every week!
Did you read our Bulletin from last Sunday? Stay up to date!
Since Christmas we have been sharing the good news about formed.org, a wonderful online resource that will allow you to grow in your faith using your tablet, laptop or PC! Once you go to the site, use our parish password – 8TJNV2 – and then begin enjoying bible studies, movies, MP3s and e-books! Check it out – it just might change your life!
Next weekend (March 4th and 5th) the Church throughout the world will celebrate 24 Hours for the Lord – an initiatve for the Year of Mercy – that invites us all to encounter the Lord’s love and mercy in a particular way. We will partner with other area Churches and have Mass at 6:3opm followed by Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Confessions until 10pm at St. Therese Church (Upsal and Ardleigh). Adoration will continue 8am until 3pm on Saturday with Confessions from Noon until 2pm. Please prepare your heart for MERCY!
Looking for a way to grow in your knowledge of the Word of God? Join us Wednesday nights for DISCIPLESHIP. We have men and women;s faith sharing at 6:30pm and then Bible Study (on God’s Mercy) at 7:30pm. Join us!
Please pray for those in our parish family who are sick, those who are looking for work, those who are seeking healing of marriages and relationships and all who are trying to draw closer to the Lord and Rediscover Jesus more during these Lenten days!
See you in Church….
