Praised be Jesus Christ – now and forever!

The men of our parish are invited to join Fr. Chris for a Men’s Evening of Reflection at Immaculate Conception Church in Jenkintown on Tuesday, February 3rd starting with Mass at 6:30pm in Church Basement.  All are welcome; free will donation for dinner (homemade chili)!

Did you get a chance to read our Weekly Bulletin?  Many have commented about the great experience of God’s Grace at Sunday Mass…experience it through the Video Podcast!

The parish mourns the passing of Mr. Vincent Marsh.  Mr. Marsh was a man of great faith who was blessed to know St. Katherine Drexel in his youth.  His funeral is scheduled for Saturday, February 7th at 11am (please confirm by calling as the date may change).

Valentine’s Day is approaching quickly.  Did you know it has a Catholic Origin?

On Sunday, February 15th at 2pm we will host Love is our Mission: Saving our Youth from Violence – a Town Hall Meeting to discuss the problems of youth violence and the disproportionate number of minorities involved in the criminal justice system.  Please invite friends and family, especially middle school and high school students and their parents.  The gathering will be in our School Hall.  Refreshments will be served and the session will conclude by 3:30pm.

Lent begins with Ash Wednesday on February 18th.  We will have Mass at 8am, a Prayer Service (with School Children) at 11am and Mass at 7pm.  Please join us at St. Raymond or find a Church near you to begin the Lenten Journey!

Our website offers a variety of Lenten Resources!  While you can;t do everything, we all need to do something for Lent…what will you do?  Use Lent 2015 at Saint Raymond Church to figure it out!

Plan to be with us this Saturday at 5pm or Sunday at 10am.  Glorify God with us and be sanctified in His grace!
