Tuesday Afternoon Bible Study meets most Tuesdays from September to June at 1:30 in the Rectory Basement. This Bible Study examines the readings for the following Sunday in an informative and lively manor. All are welcome – readings and handouts are provided.
Monday Evening Bible Study meets on Monday evenings at 7pm (in the Rectory Basement) throughout the year and is currently using Jeff Cavin’s Bible Study on Matthew’s Gospel: The King and His Kingdom! This Bible Study makes the people, places and teachings of the life of Jesus COME ALIVE in a new way as you experience these teachings and share your own insights with others. Dates for the Bible Study include Sept. 219 & 26, Oct. 3, 10, 17 & 24; Nov. 7, 14, 21 & 28; Dec. 5 & 12; Jan. 16, 23 & 30; Feb. 6, 13, 20 & 27; Mar. 5 (then a break for Lent); April 23 & 30; and May 7, 14 & 21; June 4.

St. Raymond Parish sponsors students to attend the Church Ministry Institute of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the Certificate in Ministry to African American Catholics as well as Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary (Certifiates, Undergraduate or Graduate Programs). Scholarships are available for these classes though the Martin de Porres Foundation.
